Tech Ticker is a technology news and reviews site which has replaced TopTech.org.uk. Anyone under the age of 18 who is interested in technology can become a Tech Ticker author. This is because Tech Ticker was part funded by the Fix-it fund, a government scheme to encourage young people to do projects that will benefit the community. In this case a tech community site.
